The important aspect of the curriculum is to make student aware of multifariousness of the society and to learn the impact of the social, cultural, and economic aspects on oral health care. This is achieved by arranging various community activities like Oral Health Camps where students and staffs educate, diagnose and treat. These activities provide much needed oral health education & care to the society and also broaden the understanding of the students regarding the public health issues.
For providing better oral health care to rural population, Rural Dental College runs fully equipped Satellite centers. It also arranges Oral Health Camps, School Oral Health Camps, Training for the school teachers etc.
